That One Time That Data Recovery Program and Apple Saved My Husband's Behind

So we've been going to the park a lot, Steve's been playing with his trucks a lot, life's been good.
Parker loves watching the truck zip around (very apparent iPhone pic, I apologize)

 Loves the swings with Daddy

He's been eating his feet

This is a little late, but Happy Father's Day to these two men and all the other fathers out there.
I love my Dad, he's funny in his own way that I can only laugh and say, "Oh, Dad..."
The other day he saw a picture I had posted of Parker and our friends' two kids. Parker kinda had a funny expression on his face that could have lent itself to a whole slew of situations. My Dad had thought of about 6 different captions that could have been funny, but he didn't want to possibly offend our friends so he just called me to fill me in on his stroke of genius.
He's also a pretty good guy. I couldn't have asked for a better example.
If you know my Dad, enough said :)
Next, my favorite Daddy in the whole world, my Babycakes!
I seriously cannot describe the joy that has entered our lives after we both became parents, and I've been able to watch Steve be a sweet little Daddy to our son.
It is the cutest thing ever, I can see how much he loves our little guy.
Happy Father's Day you two!
One of the nurses I work with invited us all over to her place for some swimming, food, and 'special slushies' haha. She said no special slushies for Parker...dang...
As you can see, we are quite the culturally diverse group of nurses, but I just love them. They're great. I seriously love my job, and I probably wouldn't bother working the 1 day a week I work if I didn't love it. I went into nursing for a reason, and I'm so thankful I've found a job and an area of nursing that I've fallen in love with and if I do say so myself, that I'm pretty good at :)
Parker was ENAMORED with Ginger's dog. He was so sweet, and let P grab his tail, pull his ears, pet him, squeal with delight at him, and even give him loves by trying to eat his face off.
So tender!
You know what else is tender?
Date night.
Love me some date night, I wish we could have them every week! We get them about every month.
That night we had groupons for movie passes + popcorn that were expiring, so we did a little dinner, a little Men In Black III, a little free caramel popcorn and a little free nachos I had found a coupon for.
Love him.
Went to Target the other night by myself (EXHILARATING) and found this darling picture frame!
Now I just need to find pictures for it. I'm thinking this will one day sit on Dr. Anderson's desk?
WHICH by the way, will be less than two years away! We pick our rotations for 4th year next month. We get to go to four different sites around the country for 3 months at a time. Kind of a pain to move around that much, but I'm excited to experience some new places!

Another night of dinner at the park (Which Wich sandwich place. Amazing, their oreo shake was to die for) and RC trucks. Here, I'm driving the car and Steve's in the passenger seat controlling the truck, racing me. Top speed 60mph. We're mature like that.
You want these, right? I made them. They're pretty much the bomb.com
Salted Coconut Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches.
Steve can't stop raving about them and we can't stop eating them.
They'll be up soon on the food blog I contribute to along with some girlfriends,

  2. Stephanie, Parker is such a doll! He is probably one of the cutest kids in the world! And, I have to ask, who won? You or Steve's truck?
