M to the AAAAAAAAAVS

I'm throwing up the deuces to these guys, my boys. Terry's always been my fav Dallas Mavs player, but the last year or two JJ Barea's in my top too. We killed you tonight Jazz (Steve's not so happy).
IN. YOUR FACE.

We went to Chili's tonight and chowed down on some chips, salsa and avocado ranch to watch the game. I LOOOOOVE Chili's chips/salsa/avocado ranch. The rest of their food is gross, but this makes up for it. We used to sit at the bar section in Provo whenever a game was on we wanted to watch and chow down on chips and salsa....it was weird being surrounded by old 40-50 year-olds instead of 20-somethings hoping to get hit on like in Provo. Good times.

What else....we taught the 11-12 year old boys in primary and I played the piano for opening/sharing/singing time....talk about a blast from the past! Some of those boys def thought they knew everything and were all about seeing who could get who to laugh the hardest, but whatevs. We did what we could. Steve came to the realization that he was going to be the worst father ever haha. It's hard for him to grasp someone not thinking logically, or understanding things the way adults do. He said he just wanted to shake them and make them understand. WHEW welcome to parenthood right!?!
(for the record, I told him he's gonna be a good little daddy :)

My brother and brother-in-law got into the same dental school, so I'm pretty dang jealous they're going to be spending the next 4 years together in Dallas without me. Like REALLY PEOPLE? Talk about not fair. It's OK, we're headed back there to settle when we're done out here so we can all make our little runts play together and have cousin parties and all that cute stuff. I'm definitely excited.

AAAAND say it with me people one more time: IN YOUR FACE JAZZ.

  5. I didn't know you were so into basketball. Sorry you never started your new job. that sucks. If it makes you feel better, I've gotten a number of tickets but never thought to put them down as misdemeanors!! They don't exactly do background checks at salons though;) Hope all is well in Cali.
