Birthday Love

I have the best people in my life. I mean seriously, if given the option to either go to the Lakers v. Heat game Christmas Day front row center court or have all you fine specimens in my life,
I'd go with the fine specimens
(well........................................................)
The day started with me getting my hair did and coming home to THIS!
On our way to our next destination we passed by this little piece of heaven.
The LA temple is HUGE and GORGEOUS.
Sprinkles in Beverly Hills.
You KNOW we grabbed a sidewalk table so we could peoplewatch and watch out for LC, Heidi, Kristin, The Kardashians, Justin Beiber, ANYBODY. At one point this black car with black windows pulled up and a driver opened the door for two blondes who got out and came in. We gobbled up the rest of our cupcakes so we could get closer to see who they were. They were nobodies. Dangit.
We're walking down Rodeo Drive and Steve grabs my arm, starts saying "Uhhhhh....", fumbles around a bit and finally stammers/shrieks out "Baby that's a Bugatti Veyron!!!". We run across the street and we (along with a crowd of others) take pictures and stare (well, Steve stares). For a good 15 minutes. He's in shock for the next hour. This car is the most expensive and fastest car IN THE WORLD.
$2 million, tops out at 270 mph.

Happy Birthday to me
Love,
Helen Ficalora
(the "S" is for Steve)

Today in Beverly Hills we saw the Bugatti Veyron, a Lotus, two Aston Martins, two Lamborghinis, four Ferraris, tons of Bentlys, Benzes, Hummers, anddddddd I think that's it. Oh. My.

Then a quick stop at Anthro at Fashion Island before our amazing dinner at The Chart House in Dana Point, complete with patio seating at sunset overlooking the beach. Oh. My.

Then Laguna Beach with blankets, Steve pointing out star formations to me, me making up my own star formations, bajillion dollar homes 50 feet from the crashing waves. Oh. My.
We ended the day by coming home with Yogurtland and watched Nacho Libre.
And of course all the happy birthday wishes and songs from family and friends....
(especially you Tay, your rendition was quite incredible :)
you all made it amazing, I love you guys so much!
Especially you babycakes, you rock my world. Thank you for making it an amazing day.
Love you times infinity.
