I made these tonight. It was like Pioneer Woman was in my very kitchen. They were divine. And that's my "YUM" plate. It's cute huh?
Steve's bum ankle is slowly getting better! He's been putting a teensy bit of pressure on it and limping to get from room to room, but not too much. He's still generally attached to his lovely crutches. I'm actually pointing and laughing at him right now as he limps across our living room to get to the kitchen. Is that so wrong? Am I a bad wife?
I totally forgot to take a picture for the first day of his school AHHHH I feel awful! THAT makes me a bad wife, not the pointing and laughing thing....but so far (1 week) it's been pretty easy. The 2nd/3rd/and 4th year guys we've met (and their cute LDS wives....that's been fun) say the first year isn't too bad, but after that it gets insane. Perfect.
So we've been sitting in front of the TV a lot since my poor husband is crippled. Red Box and the dollar theater have been our BFFs, and The U.S. Open Series is going on right now, so we all know what Steve's been doing...a lot of oogling over Federer. This clip is awesome
You guys have been BUSY. That's awesome that you could do a trip before the move. I've never done a cruise but looks like you made some fun memories. Sucks that Steve got hurt though. I bet Cali is going to be amazing. IT's interesting that school doesn't get hard for a while, here it's completely the opposite and now is smooth sailing.
ReplyDeleteSo did you finish the bucket list in UT? You seemed like you had so much to do, I was living vicariously through you;)
I get that I don't look old enough to have a five year old. Granted I was about 23 when I had him, but I seriously think way too many people think I was in high school. Oh, well I unfortunately have some gray hair to prove it.
Your doughnuts look so yummy Steph!! And we love this commercial. We've showed it too everyone! Could you imagine if he had missed his full-blown serve?! His eyeballs would have exploded, for sure. Love you!
