Can I also say how much I'm looking forward to watching these two play together?! I can see it now, Lakers vs. Heat NBA Finals 2011, Heat will take it in game 4.
It's going to be insane in the membrane.
And can I also throw out there how much I heart this new show? It's amazing. And it's what I do! How cool! I love how the main nurse put it on the first episode. Something along the lines of "everybody thinks the only things a nurse does is give medicine and take people off bedpans. This illustrates to people that we do so much more, and have so much more responsibility than others think." PERFECT! Just watch the show. Then you'll see what life-saving things nurses do. Who do you think keeps you alive when the doctor isn't there (doctors interact with the patient probably an average of 5 minutes per day)? Who do you think catches the doctor's mistakes (they aren't infallible)? Who do you think teaches the patient what to do when they go home? Who do you think deals with the patient and the patient's family's emotions of life and death? Who do you think is actually with the patient and consoles the family during and after the death process? Man I love my job. Just watch the show on Thursday nights ABC!
Look at you excited about the NBA. I bet your husband appreciates that. I was surprised about that move but go on King Lebron. Hope yall are having a good summer...
