Last week my favorite Nicaraguan and her hubs came from Texas to bask in the warm Utah sun. We had a blast playing catchup, eating fajitas and strawberry coconut cheesecake, playing games and reminiscing about freshman year in high school....and BYU--one of my best friends for the past forever!!!!

ReplyDeleteI have made that jam before too, so easy huh?! I can't get myself to make it very much though because there us just as much sugar as strawberries, but it does taste good! I am so glad we got to see you guys. We'll have to plan another rendezvous.
