Family

This weekend we strengthened our eternal bonds with our family ha!
Friday night we went to Bombay House (Indian.....mmmmm) and a movie with my sis Janene and her husband Aaron. Love them.

Saturday we went up to Salt Lake to get Steve's hair cut and I had lunch with my female people, ran errands, and got this amazing white elephant gift at D.I. for a cousin dinner party that night. It was this ceramic hot dog that opened up, and on the inside had three compartments (I'm guessing for condiments?). It was awesome, the party was fun and LOUD (Packard style) with my Aunt Ann and Uncle Von and mostly-married cousins and 2 little humans. Again, at times my heart leans toward getting us one of those when we see how adorable our nephews and cousin's kids are, but I just don't think I'm quite ready for the responsibility. I'm so immature...

Sunday we had Steve's parents and sister Lori over for a roast and mashed potatoes dinner. It had been ages since we'd seen them, catching up was fun. Love them too.
Oh and Steve knocked down and scratched my entire mantle, our wedding book, expensive clock, and flower boquet. Yeah that happened.

AND I USED MY SWIFFER!!! Once you go Swiffer, you don't go back.

We also celebrated Ash's birthday with what I like to call my Avenue's family (most of us girls either were roomies or lived at The Avenues condos here in Provo).

Happy Big 2-5 Ash! Love you!
