I'm on the couch oooing and aahhhing over a friend's pictures of her newborn on facebook, turn to Steve and tell him I want one and ask if he shares in my adoration for the adorable runts.
He pulls this picture up for me and asks if I STILL want one.....
ha ha! And the sad thing is.. it's so true.
ReplyDeleteAnd every bit as disgusting as you imagine it to be. And it always happens at the worst possible time.. So fun.
Congrats on the new car! That's way cooler than having babies anyway. I'll bet you a million dollars that your new accord will never poop on you.
It's really not all that bad. You spend more time laughing about it than being grossed out by it. Just always be prepared with an extra set of clothes!
ReplyDeleteCars can't love you like babies can--poop and all!
ReplyDeletefunny story- Just this last Sunday Nick and I were sitting in Sunday School and I was getting all baby hungry from all the super cute little ones surrounding us--when all of a sudden the baby in front of us had a MAJOR blow out all over mom AND the lady next to her! Needles to say the baby hunger has subsided :)
ReplyDeleteokay come on Steph...you have taken care of waaayyy more gross stuff as a nurse plus when its your child, its different and not as gross right???? I wanna see some little stephies running around :)
ReplyDeletelol, oh goodness! Yeah that's funny- and totaly true! I can't count the number of times I've had Michelle poo all over me... yeah it's nasty. But when they aren't crapping all over you they're pretty cute!
ReplyDeleteLOLOLOL!! Steve is awesome! And, admit it, it was MY newborn you were oohing and aahhhing over on FB, huh? ;) Kidding! But for real, the poop isn't THAT bad and this is coming from someone whose freshly bathed and ready-for-bed baby blow out all over his back last night. It's worth it though.
