For TIme and All of Eternity

Ilene got MARRIED!!! This girl took me mountain biking for the first time, belted out songs on the radio with me on our roadtrip to California, engaged in deep conversations for hours at a time with me, and has been an amazing friend. Oh, and has the voice of an angel.
Love you Ilene and Eric and congrats on the status change ;)
She looked gorgeous and Eric stunning as always.

These are the tame pictures...

My siblings and spouses came over for the Mavs vs. Jazz game. I don't want to talk about it.
So Steve and I were called to be Sunday school teachers teaching the Marriage and Family class...ha, I know, right?! Teaching has always been the calling that I have dreaded getting...so I knew it was coming at some point in time. I must say, it is a blast doing it with my husband, it makes it sooo much better. Today our lesson was on teaching your children by the Spirit, and through words and example. We prepared a bit and I didn't really feel that the lesson was going to be a stellar one before we got to church. I don't know why, but the spirit there was incredible and I really surprised me. We could have read this quote and called it a day:

"You parents, love your children. Cherish them. They are so precious. They are so very, very important. They are the future. You need more than your own wisdom in rearing them. You need to help  of the Lord. Pray for that help and follow the inspiration which you receive."
--President Gordon B. Hinckley

Love them.
